... the size of the feature?
You should be able to assess what we define as feature from our work history tab. Generally features are chunks of a larger module. For example, 1-on-1 chat is considered 1 feature. Payment Integration with refunds, multi vendor connections can be 2 features. Or 1 if it's simplified.
... the tech stack?

The way we handle bugs differs according to the following situations:
1. If it is from your existing software and from a previous dev, we will propose a custom plan as to what will be delivered to your in your weeks.
2. If the bug is from a feature that we delivered previously. We will resolve it for free while you are subscribed to us. This will not effect the new feature that you have requested for that week where the bug came in.
We use ClickUp and slack to manage all of our requests. You can request directly on a ClickUp ticket, sharing a doc or wireframes, or record a video in Slack. Either way, we get to your request with speed and quality.
We aim to keep meetings to a minimum to ensure affordability of our service for you. However, during the initial months, we can provide 30-minute weekly meetings at a mutually agreed rate, which is separate from the monthly plan.
We are a team of highly skilled and experienced developers who specialize in various development disciplines. We may work with partner devs or consultants to fulfill your special requests.
You can cancel anytime and we will refund the remainder of your subscription. As we commit code directly to your repository and that cannot be removed. The done parts of your requests will not be refunded.
