Health marketing has rules. We grow inside them

Ad platforms restrict health claims. Audiences have been burned by miracle promises. Trust is the only currency that converts. Generic agencies treat those rules as obstacles; we treat them as the brief — ads, email, SEO and content built for how wellness buyers actually decide.

Illustration of a health and fitness marketing system — ads, email, reviews and search working together

A boosted post is not an ad system

Boosting sends traffic to a profile and hopes. A system gives every click somewhere to land, something to want, and a follow-up when they hesitate. Four parts, and the spend only works when all four exist.

Part 1 of 4

The offer

Something specific worth clicking — an intro pass, a starter bundle, a challenge with a start date. “10% off” is not an offer; it's an apology.

Part 2 of 4

The landing page

A dedicated page with one job. Never the homepage — homepages are built to explain everything, which is exactly why they convert nothing.

Part 3 of 4

The creative

Hooks written for skeptical wellness audiences, tested in batches, retired before fatigue burns your account. Built claims-safe from day one.

Part 4 of 4

The follow-up

Most leads don't buy the day they click. Email and SMS sequences do the patient work your ad budget already paid for.

Management is $599–$1,800/mo depending on your spend level. Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Meta, Google or TikTok from your own account — you own the account and the data. Funnels are built as a one-time project at $999.

We say this upfront because agencies that blur the line between fees and spend are hiding something. We’re not.

Talk about your ads

Claims-safe marketing outlasts clever marketing

In health and wellness, the ad that overpromises doesn’t just underdeliver — it gets rejected, gets the account flagged, and burns audience trust you paid to build. We work exclusively with the claims you can substantiate, and we’re better marketers for it.

This matters most for supplement brands and health-tech startups, where a single flagged campaign can freeze the whole growth engine.

You substantiate, we amplify

You supply the claims your team can back up; we build the hooks, angles and creative around them. Proof-based angles — ingredients, process, credentials, guarantees — consistently outperform hype with skeptical audiences anyway.

Fewer rejections, longer-lived campaigns

Creative written inside platform policy from day one doesn't get pulled mid-flight. That means stable learning phases, cleaner data, and an ad account that doesn't accumulate flags — the compounding asset most wellness advertisers destroy in year one.

The same discipline across every channel

Email, SMS, blog articles and UGC scripts follow the same standard. One risky claim in a winback email can undo a year of careful positioning — so nothing ships without the substantiation check.

Local businesses and national brands should not run the same playbook

A studio wins within a fifteen-minute drive. A supplement brand wins across a country. Buying the wrong stack wastes money in both directions — so here’s the split, plainly.

Gyms, studios, spas & wellness centers

Your customer searches “pilates near me” and picks from a map. The winners own that map.

  • Google Business profile$299

Fully optimized listing — categories, photos, booking link, posts — so you show up where the decision is actually made.

  • Review system setup$299

A simple system your front desk will actually use, because the studio with 210 reviews beats the studio with 23 every single time.

  • Local SEO retainerfrom $299/mo

Service pages, suburb pages and local signals maintained monthly, so rankings hold after the initial win.

The full studio playbook

Supplement brands, coaches & creators

Your customer could be anywhere. You win with reach, retention and search — compounding channels, not map pins.

  • Paid social & search$599–$1,800/mo

Meta, Google and TikTok managed by spend level, with claims-safe creative and dedicated landing pages. Ad spend always separate.

  • Email & SMS retentionKlaviyo setup $799

Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and winback flows, then retainers at $599–$999/mo. For consumables, the second order is where the margin lives.

  • SEO & content$299–$1,200/mo

Articles written for what your buyers actually search, plus the technical work that makes them rank — traffic that keeps arriving after the ads pause.

For brands For creators

Every channel starves without content

Ads need creative. SEO needs articles. Social needs posts. Most wellness businesses don’t have a strategy problem — they have a production problem: the owner is the videographer, editor and copywriter, so everything ships late or never.

We take the production off your plate at per-piece prices, and volume pricing once you’re on a retainer. For creators, this scales into a full content engine — editing pipeline, thumbnails and repurposing handled month after month.

Ask us for editing samples in your niche — lifting, yoga, nutrition, mental health — before you commit to anything monthly.

Go-to-market before you go to spend

Startups burn their first marketing budget proving that ads can’t fix unclear positioning. The sequence below exists so your first real spend lands on a message that’s already been pressure-tested — see how it fits into the bigger picture on our health-tech startups page.

$499

Positioning & messaging

Who it's for, what it replaces, why it's credible — nailed down in words your landing page, deck and ads can all reuse. The cheapest fix with the biggest downstream effect.

$799

Go-to-market plan

ICP, channels, launch sequence, measurement and ownership — a plan you can execute with us or without us, sized for a startup budget rather than a unicorn's.

$799

Waitlist / pilot campaign

A qualified learning funnel for pre-launch products: the right signups, the right questions asked, and data you can put in front of investors — not a vanity counter.

The things people ask on the first call

Do you manage ad spend, or is it separate?

Separate, always. Our management fee is $599–$1,800/mo depending on your spend level, and your ad budget goes directly to Meta, Google or TikTok from your own ad account — you own the account, the data and the billing. Agencies that bundle spend into one invoice make it impossible to see what management actually costs. We'd rather you see everything.

Our health ads keep getting rejected. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes. Most rejections in this industry come from claim language the platforms flag — before/after promises, disease treatment implications, personal-attribute targeting. We write creative around your substantiated claims and platform policy from the start, which means fewer rejections, fewer account flags, and campaigns that don't die mid-flight. What we won't do is find sneaky wording for claims you can't support.

What results should we expect, and how fast?

Honest answer: paid ads with a proper funnel can produce leads in the first weeks; email flows start paying back as soon as they're live on real traffic; SEO and review systems compound over months, not days. We set the expectation per channel before you spend, and we report the numbers that matter — cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue per email — not impressions and vibes.

We're a local studio. Do we really need all of this?

No — and we'll tell you that. A local studio usually needs the local stack: Google Business profile ($299), a review system ($299), local SEO, and eventually one well-built intro-offer campaign. National paid social and SEO retainers are for brands and creators selling beyond a drive-time radius. Buying the wrong half of this page is the most common wellness marketing mistake.

Can you also produce the content — videos, blogs, ad creative?

Yes. Short-form editing from $49/video, YouTube editing from $99, SEO blog articles at $79 each, five UGC ad scripts for $149, and explainer videos at $499. Content and distribution live under one roof here, so the ads never wait on creative and the blog never publishes into a void.

We're a pre-launch startup. Where do we start?

With positioning ($499) before anything else — if you can't say who it's for and why it's different, every dollar downstream underperforms. Then a go-to-market plan ($799) and a waitlist or pilot campaign ($799) designed to produce qualified learning, not vanity signups. It's deliberately sequenced so you spend on ads only when the message is proven.
