Your website is your best salesperson or your biggest leak

It works every hour you’re coaching, treating, shipping or sleeping — booking the class, starting the subscription, capturing the lead. Or it loads slowly, buries the button and sends them to a competitor. We build wellness websites that do the first thing, at fixed prices with deadlines.

Nobody waits for a wellness website

Your visitor is on a phone, between things — leaving the gym, waiting for a coffee, half-watching a stroller. If the page hasn’t painted in about three seconds, they’re back on Google tapping the next result. Not because they’re impatient with you personally; because the next result is right there.

Speed also compounds everywhere else: it’s a Google ranking factor, it lowers your ad costs by improving landing-page quality, and it’s the first impression that decides whether your brand work ever gets seen.

$99

Speed fix — or your money back

If your site takes more than 3 seconds to load, we fix the common culprits — oversized images, plugin bloat, missing caching. If we can’t make it meaningfully faster, you don’t pay. That’s the whole deal.

$399

Deep optimization

Scripts, hosting, render-blocking resources, Core Web Vitals — the full treatment for sites where traffic is real money, like stores and ad-driven funnels.

Every wellness website has exactly one job

The most common website mistake in this industry is building a brochure when you needed a machine. What the machine does depends on what you sell.

If you run

A studio, gym or spa

Job: Book the visit

Schedule visible without a PDF download, intro offer above the fold, and booking that works from the Google listing to the confirmation text. If a prospect has to call to find out class times, the site has already failed.

Typical build
Business website $1,499 + booking setup $299

If you run

A supplement or DTC brand

Job: Start the subscription

A Shopify store where subscribe-and-save is the default path, product pages carry your substantiated claims credibly, and checkout doesn't leak on mobile — where most of your buyers are.

Typical build
Shopify store $1,999 (custom theme $3,500+)

If you run

A coach or trainer

Job: Capture the lead

One page that moves a follower from Instagram to your email list to a consult call. Lead magnet, application form, calendar — a funnel disguised as a website, because “DM me to start” doesn't scale.

Typical build
Landing page $499–$699 + lead capture wiring

If you run

A health-tech startup

Job: Earn the waitlist or demo

Explain a complex product in one scroll, look credible to users and investors on the same page, and capture qualified signups — not vanity emails. Built to evolve as your positioning does.

Typical build
Landing page $499–$699, grown with your roadmap

If you run

A wellness creator

Job: Sell the program

A home base that outgrows the Linktree: media kit for sponsors, course checkout for your audience, and a membership area for your community — all under your own domain, not rented land.

Typical build
Membership site $1,499 + course platform setup

Rebuild is the last resort, not the first quote

Plenty of underperforming wellness sites don’t need to be torn down — they need a diagnosis and a targeted fix. These are the four we reach for before anyone says “rebuild.”

$1,199

Website redesign

Your content is fine; your site looks like 2018 and behaves worse on a phone. We redesign around what you already have — pages, copy, photos — so you're not paying to reinvent things that work.

$299

SEO audit

Why you don't show up when someone searches what you do. Technical issues, missing pages, weak local signals — delivered as a prioritized list, not a 40-page PDF of jargon.

$399

CRO audit

For sites with real traffic and disappointing sales. We walk your funnel like a skeptical first-time visitor and show you exactly where people give up, and what to change.

$599

Site migration

Moving platform or host without losing your rankings, redirects or sanity. The unglamorous project everyone postpones until it's urgent — done cleanly, off-hours, with rollback plans.

Websites rot. Ours don’t, because someone’s paid to stop it

A website is not a finished object — it’s software running in public. Plugins age, speed decays, security holes appear, links die. None of it announces itself; it just quietly costs you bookings until someone notices. The care retainer exists so that someone is us, not an annoyed customer.

Plugins & platform updates. Skip them and you're one WordPress update away from a white screen during your busiest week.

Speed decay. Sites get slower as content piles up. Nobody notices day to day — until the 3-second test starts failing again.

Security & backups. Wellness sites collect names, emails and payment details. An unpatched site is a breach that hasn't happened yet.

Dead links & stale content. Last year's pricing, a coach who left, a class that no longer runs. Every stale detail quietly tells visitors nobody's home.

Website care

$299/mo

Updates, security patches, daily backups, uptime monitoring, monthly speed checks and small content changes. The baseline every live site should have — and for small studios, this doubles as your entire technical department.

Care plus

$599/mo

Everything in care, plus priority turnaround and ongoing conversion improvements. For supplement stores and booking-driven businesses where the website is the revenue — an hour of downtime there isn’t an inconvenience, it’s a refund queue.

Once the site is holding its weight, most clients point traffic at it — that’s where marketing & growth picks up.

Before you brief us

How much does a website actually cost, all-in?

A landing page is $499 ($699 if we write the copy). A 5–7 page business website is $1,499. A Shopify store is $1,999, or $3,500+ for a fully custom theme. A redesign that reuses your existing content is $1,199. Every quote is fixed before we start — the number you approve is the number you pay. Hosting and any paid plugins or platform fees are billed to you directly at cost, with no markup.

Which platforms do you build on?

WordPress, Webflow or Framer for business sites, Shopify for stores, and the right membership or booking stack for your business — Mindbody or Glofox for studios, Trainerize or Everfit for coaches, Kajabi or Skool for course creators. We pick the platform your team can actually run, not the one that's most fun for us to build.

My site feels slow. Do I need a rebuild?

Usually not. Our $99 speed fix handles the common culprits — oversized images, bloated plugins, bad caching — and if we can't make a meaningful improvement, you don't pay. The $399 deep optimization goes further into scripts, hosting and rendering. A rebuild is the answer only when the foundation itself is the problem, and we'll tell you honestly which case you're in.

Can you connect our booking system, payments and email?

Yes — that wiring is most of the value. Booking system setup is $299, and every site we build ships with payments, forms and your email platform connected and tested. A beautiful site where the Book button opens an empty calendar is a leak, not an asset.

What does the care retainer actually cover?

At $299/mo: updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring, speed checks and small content changes — the boring work that keeps a site alive. The $599/mo plus tier adds priority turnaround and ongoing improvements, and is built for businesses whose website is their main sales channel. You get a real human to email instead of a support ticket queue.

We already have traffic but no sales. Can you find out why?

That's what the CRO audit is for ($399) — we walk your funnel the way a real visitor does and report exactly where people drop off and why. Pair it with an SEO audit ($299) if the problem is that the right people aren't arriving in the first place. Both come with a prioritized fix list you can act on with us or without us.
